By accessing or using BioTrakk ("the Service"), operated by FlowBoard Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BioTrakk is a health and nutrition tracking platform operated by FlowBoard Labs, LLC that allows users to log food, supplements, activities, body metrics, and other health data through messaging interfaces (WhatsApp, Telegram, Web) and integrations with third-party services (Strava, Google Fit, Oura, Garmin, etc.).
BioTrakk is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice. The Service provides informational tracking and AI-generated insights for general wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplement regimen, or health routine. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by this Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (PIN, session tokens). You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service.

The Service offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Settings page. Refunds are handled per Stripe's policies. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.
The Service integrates with third-party services (Strava, Google Fit, Oura, Garmin, WHOOP, Withings, Twilio, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or data handling.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze food, provide nutritional estimates, and generate health insights. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. Nutritional data is estimated and should not be relied upon for medical purposes. Always verify critical health information with a professional.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HEALTH DECISIONS MADE BASED ON DATA OR INSIGHTS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account and all data at any time through Settings > Privacy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
